Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You can view the shipping charges during checkout before finalizing your purchase.

We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within United States. 

4. International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on the destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address you provide. We are not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or returned orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with corrections.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging and take photos of any damage, as this may be required for claims with the carrier.
